A supplier manager act as contact for subcontractors, the role is responsible for, and follow up on existing suppliers, produces and presents reports and statistics.
It is primarily the internal efficiency (our own production) that the supplier responsible should focus on, and together with service owners measure whether our suppliers meet the effects and keeps the agreed levels.
The role is working with the service owners where the supplier manager is responsible and takes the overall responsibility for the subcontractors and continuously carries out supplier analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
